Our master Stone Setters take the extra time to carefully inspect your jewellery, diamonds & gemstones, to ensure that everything is structurally built and/or repaired correctly, and will inform you of anything that we may notice that needs repair or service. During that time, we will discuss with you whatever material and costs would be involved prior to starting any work on your item. During this time we will also give you various options if possible, so that you can decide as to how you would like us to proceed with your stone replacement.
