If at any time, any piece of jewellery, including diamond or gemstone that you chose based on the description provided on our site becomes unavailable after you ordered it, we will take necessary action in contacting you, and will ensure that we will immediately do our best to find a replacement piece of jewellery, diamond or gemstone for you with similar or better, quality. We will never substitute your order for anything of lesser quality than stated. Items replaced in such a situation will only be of quality as stated or better. Our experts are GIA certified, with higher grading standards than many in the industry, ensuring that you will get maximum beauty and quality that is available in your budget at the time of your order.

Payment Processing: Design Jewellers & Diamonds Ltd. provides international payment processing and order fulfillment through its designated service provider listed in the payment section of the website. When placing an order with Design Jewellers & Diamonds Ltd., you agree to all of our terms and acknowledge that your payment transaction will be processed by our payment gateway(s) and upon successful verification and authentication that you provided to us through our payment gateway provider. You promise that all information you provide is accurate and truthful in every legal way that matters, and that it is strictly you providing all personal information to us and the payment gateway company that we are using. Failure to do so, may include legal action. You are responsible for monitoring all activity coming from you to us, and are fully responsible for any inaccurate information provided to us by yourself or on your behalf, including any other users using your information, whether you permit them to or not,-is the sole responsibility of you, to monitor, and ensure that no one is accessing your personal information to make purchases using your information on your behalf. After payment takes place, if there are no additional unforeseen interruptions to service that are out of our control, within about 24-48 hours, Design Jewellers & Diamonds Ltd. will prepare to fulfill the order that you have placed. After your order is completed and ready to ship out, you will be notified, and items will be shipped to the address and information that you have specified. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information including shipping information that you provided to us is correct, as we assume zero liability for errors. You are responsible for obtaining any additional information, for your location jurisdiction laws, including but not limited to any additional fees, taxes, shipping and or customs costs if applicable, as well as any additional information or paperwork that you may be required to provide the shipping company and or customs. This is solely your responsibility, as laws and requirements in every jurisdiction differs. We will not be held liable for any additional time, costs or legalities that may arise on your end, due to information that you may have not inquired about or prepared based on your jurisdiction, or anything mentioned but not limited to. All items purchased through us and or our payment gateway(s) are made pursuant to a shipment contract. In the event of any inconsistency between terms of any shipment contract or order fulfillment terms. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Disclaimers & Shipping Information

We always do our best to provide you with the most updated information available at the time of your order.
All prices and information published on our website and social media are subject to change without notice. Prices may fluctuate based on external market influences, such as raw material availability at the time of your order, environmental and market shifts, or unforeseen circumstances. Images have been enlarged for your better viewing. The true color and sizes may vary from that which is displayed in product images digitally online. Images may appear differently on different mobile and computer devices because of settings, manufacturer make. We do our best to describe and show all information to the best of our ability. Every custom and special order will take 24-48 hours to process prior to proceeding. As each custom order is being hand crafted with your choice of options to perfection, please allow an average of 2-4 weeks to receive. Some items may take slightly longer depending on the complexity of your design, availability of the stone options that you chose, and the country, or location the parcel is being shipped to. Most items will arrive within the estimated time shown or sooner. If you have concerns regarding having your order shipped out to you, or are concerned of your parcel being lost in transition once shipped, as once an item leaves our physical location, it becomes out of our control and at the mercy of the shipping company. We cannot be held liable for loss or damages once an item is no longer in our possession. If you prefer to have an item shipped, please inform us if you prefer to, or currently already have additional insurance coverage. We will not ship any parcel to a P.O Box address, and any parcel sent will have a tracking number, and a requested requirement from the shipping company for a signature upon receiving, from the address that you provided to us. If you would like other arrangements made for your parcel, or prefer to rather have your item picked up directly from our physical store location at your convenience, please notify us at the time of your order, or no later than 24 hours after placing your order. By proceeding with your shipment, you are accepting and acknowledging these terms.

Additional Information, Cancellations & Returns

If you placed an order, and change your mind, you must notify us within 24 hours of cancellation in writing via email, and provide all of your contact details within this email. If you do not receive a reply from us, it may be due to an error in communication that may be out of our control. Please ensure that within this 24 hour timeframe, you further contact us by phone and email again, (as it is your responsibility to follow up with a phone call to confirm that we did in fact receive your cancelation email.) Failure to do so will cause us to proceed with your order. If an order has been already processed passed the 24 hour time, we will be unable to cancel your order. You will be responsible to complete the transaction and entire payment, and the same rules will apply for payment, shipping and receiving your order as stated. Our website is unique in the way that every order that you place with us will be specifically customized and crafted to your specific requests, and choice options. Due to these specialty options for your chosen specifications, Special orders and customized orders are all final and non-refundable. Please ensure that prior to ordering you are aware of this information along with all terms and conditions. Please make sure that when planning on placing your order, that you confirm all information and specifications in advance prior to placing your order with us, to ensure satisfaction. If at any time you have further questions regarding any products or services that we offer, or would like something that you see to be further customized, please contact us in advance prior to placing and finalizing any of your order(s), as specialty orders are final. Prior to us shipping out your order, we inspect it meticulously by our entire team of quality control specialists to ensure it is in pristine quality and condition prior to leaving our store.
Any products received that you have any concerns about, must be addressed immediately upon receiving within no more than a 24 hour time frame. Items under concern, that require further attention, must be brought in to our physical store location. Any item with Diamonds & or Gemstones, that you order will be accompanied with paperwork, or if stated during the time of your order, the accompanying certificate. Everything is checked before being sent out. Due to happenings with regards to fraudulent returns, we cannot accept items being shipped back to us containing diamonds, or gemstones. You must first contact and notify us by email and phone so that we can arrange to have the proper person(s) available to further assist you upon your arrival. Certain items (excluding specialty pieces and custom orders) may be exchanged upon our discretion only, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of purchase. These items will be meticulously inspected by our master goldsmiths, and design team prior to proceeding to ensure that they are in the same perfect condition as received. If we agree to proceed with the exchange, items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and will be charged upon return. These items must be in the same brand new and unused condition that you received them in, accompanied with all original tags, labels attached, if applicable, and with all receipts and paperwork. When shipping an item for an exchange, or store credit, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible in any way for lost merchandise, or any shipping costs or any other costs involved in any way. If this is a concern, please do not ship your item back, but rather contact us right away and arrange a time to bring it to our physical store location.
